Surprisingly while I was accessing the homepage up pops a discount code offering me 6% off all orders over £50, this could sway the decision to buy and is a great customer incentive.
On top of low pricing offering a reliable delivery service is a deal breaker and we find our users are swayed by free delivery promotions as this can add substantial cost to the purchase price especially for bulky items. ESE want to provide great value and this is cemented by the low price guarantee promising to beat a competitor’s price if it’s found cheaper elsewhere. It is difficult to beat a deal like this as you can shop around, find a cheaper price and ESE will try to beat it.
Let’s have a look at the delivery and returns policy. Firstly, you can get free delivery on your order as long as the cost is over £45 after and discounts are applied. Orders below the £45 threshold are subject to a charge. No carrier is stated but they do offer a list of destinations and nominated day and Saturday delivery is available. Payment can be made by many major debit or credit cards and is secured by sage pay. Paypal is also accepted as well as payment via Proforma. ESE can also offer a dedicated account manager for regular customers as well as account services for business customers.
