What instantly appeals at first glance is the accessibility of all the main products from the home page. There is a large feature banner but it doesn’t distract from the drop menu or the help links. As mentioned there’s a featured main sales area with smaller product promotion right underneath but it is not overdone.
The search is immediately visible on the top menu but to find the contact details you have to scroll to the bottom of the page. There is a link to the help pages on the header space. You can find all the office product categories under the header, Staples do cater for the business user as well as home office customers. Prices can be shown with VAT added or excluded; this choice is instantly available on the popup menu when loading the page.
