When you click any of these images, you will be taken to that area of the site and this is a great way for you to see clearly what the different types are as well as a little bit of information about each one.
Basket and Checkout
As soon as you add the product to your basket, you get given the chance to pay on finance but you will need to spend over £249 in order to qualify for this. When you do, you will get the option to pay £7.35 every month until it has been paid. After adding a sample item to the basket, you’re greeted with another page and at this point, you can choose from several options. One of them asks AO to fit your item for you, the second asks them to take your old item away and the third asks them to unpack the item while also taking away the packaging. At this point, you can also add your own discount code so you can get your item cheaper than the retail price.
Delivery and Returns
AO offer delivery services 7 days a week and they can offer you this service on over 35,000 items. You can choose a booked time slot as well so you know that you’ll be in when the delivery is attempted. They can deliver from 7am to 10pm and when you enter your postcode at the checkout you will be able to see what options are available to you. If you want next day delivery then this is also an option but you will need to pay a flat rate fee of £9.99 for this if you want to qualify. When you do choose this option, the team will come out the very next day to deliver your item however if you order later in the day you may not be able get this service so this is something that you need to take note of.

Returns
