1. FIRST BOX FREE: When you sign up to try your first toucanBox for free, you will be entering a rolling fortnightly subscription for a Petite toucanBox.
2. There is no obligation to continue past your free box, but you will need to cancel future orders within seven days from the shipment of your first free box. You can find the shipment date of your box by logging into your account. This will also be confirmed in the welcome email you will receive once signed up.
3. Each Petite box costs a total of £4.93 including postage costs. Charges for each box are taken seven days in advance of shipment.
4. Your first free box will ship within 10 working days of the order being placed. The exact shipment date depends on the date of registration. Petite boxes are shipped on Mondays once a fortnight.
5. You can use the First Box Free offer as a discount towards an alternative subscription. You will be discounted £4.93 on any upgrades before the delivery of your first box.
6. Free or discount introductory offers are only available to new users of the website. Except where stated, previous users of the website do not qualify for an additional special offer.
7. Except where otherwise stated, discounts and credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
8. You must have internet access and valid payment details to redeem a free or discounted offer.
9. You will be charged the full price for boxes after your free or discounted offer. We will continue to bill you by your chosen payment method for the service until you cancel scheduled boxes.
10. Free or discounted offers are only valid for deliveries within the United Kingdom.
11. With the offer to try your first box for free, you can add a second box for a sibling onto your order for a reduced price of £1. After the shipment of your first order, each box will be charged at £4.93.
