Ben Sherman has a modern twist to the web store with an oversized menu, large links for delivery and return options and a page width banner/slider to showcase new season clothing. The landing pages are automatically optimised for the required country and login as well as find a store options right from the homepage.
Scrolling down there are banners showing new arrival products, product categories and a link to the sales section. Contact us details is located on the footer menu with handy size guides, links to the blog and social pages.
Test buying a product throws up no surprises with the usual colour and size choices and a product description. Handily the colour changes with each selection to show a lifelike preview of the colour before you buy. The bag stage presents all the standard information such as price, delivery and a field to enter a voucher code if you have one. Payment options include all major credit and debit cards; unfortunately I couldn’t find an option for paying via Paypal which often makes life easier and quicker using one password/payment method.
