About Photobox

Photobox is a leading online photo development and personalised gifts retailer with more than m million members across the world. They provide a quality publishing service and offer some lovely gifts for all occasions including personalised wall & desk decor, photo mugs, poster and calendars as well as a range of phone cases which can be embellished with a favourite photo.

About PhotoBox

PhotoBox was conceived in 1999 by Graham Hobson and Mark Chapman as a simple, yet visionary idea: print your digital photos online. They would find themselves in their garage with their families in Clerkenwell, London, developing customer orders for prints of digital photos and then posting them from the nearest post office.

Today they operate 3 factories in Europe, are present in 20 countries and have evolved into a family of 4 brands – PhotoBox, Moonpig, PaperShaker and Sticky9. These various brands enable millions of customers to share memories, celebrate great moments and inject personal expression into their everyday lives by transforming precious digital property online or on their phones into cherished personalised products.

These brands are unique in their own way and they have established themselves in their niches. PhotoBox is the first of its kind, leading the revolution that allows customers to turn their digital photos into a wide array of physical and emotive products. Moonpig was one of the first online greeting card businesses of its kind and has pioneered the industry by focusing on personalisation of (mostly) single cards. PaperShaker was created as a disruptive service within the invitations and announcements arena. Sticky9 has become a global, online print brand that transforms Instagram photos into fashionable, custom products that immortalise special moments.

PhotoBox’s website found at PhotoBox.co.uk is very easy to navigate through. First of all, when you go to the homepage, you are welcome by various sale opportunities that you can take advantage of. Beyond that, there is a form for registration where once filled in you earn free prints which is definitely a bonus! Also, finding the specific item of interest is easy to find at the homepage as they have put all their commonly ordered items at the top as a menu. Finding your way around is easy, fast and very convenient.

PhotoBox UK Delivery and Returns

PhotoBox delivery prices include both postage & packaging. As different products have different delivery costs it is important to note your product and see the different prices. If you purchase different products in a single order, such as a Greeting Card (Standard Delivery £1.99) and an A4 PhotoBook (Standard Delivery £4.29), the individual delivery fees are added together. So in this example that’s £1.99 + £4.29 making a total delivery charge of £6.28. When you add products to your baskets you’ll see exactly how your delivery charge is worked out.

Tracked & Special Delivery costs are in addition to the Standard Delivery fee. The surcharge is £5.00 for Tracked and £7.00 for Special delivery. Therefore if you order a single 6″”x4″” print to be delivered by a Tracked Service you would be charged £1.99 (Standard Delivery) +£5.00 (Tracked) to make a total of £6.99.

PhotoBox are obsessed by quality, so if you’re not completely satisfied they will reprint your order for free. If you’re still not happy we’ll give you a full no quibble refund.
